Patturn Studio is made by Sinsi Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you subscribe to Patturn Studio email updates, how we use it, and the choices you have. Patturn Studio has not launched yet, so this policy covers email updates and this website only. We'll update it before the product opens.
What we collect
When you subscribe we collect your email address.
When you submit the form we also process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type. This is used to keep the form secure and prevent spam.
Our email provider records when an update is opened or a link in it is clicked, so we can tell which updates are useful.
If you email us, we keep that conversation so we can reply.
How we use it
To send progress updates, launch news and new features.
Occasionally, to ask whether you would like to try Patturn Studio early.
To answer questions and feature requests you send us.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Services we use
We use a small number of providers who handle data on our behalf and only for the purposes above.
These providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the EU and UK.
Email updates
Every update email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we'll remove you.
How long we keep it
We keep your address on the mailing list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. If we stop sending updates, we'll delete the list.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us from the address you subscribed with and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK: we send email updates based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Clerk may set cookies that are needed for sign-in to work securely.
Children
Email updates aren't meant for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU and UK). If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we'll delete their details.
Changes
We'll update this policy when Patturn Studio launches and whenever our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
